MCTM Annual Meeting 2015

The MCTM Annual Meeting was held this year during the MEA-MFT Teachers Convention in Billings, Montana on October 15th at Skyview High School.

A huge Thank You was given to the MCTM program chairs for the MEA-MFT conference, John George and Mary Ellen Fisher. John and Mary put in countless hours to make sure that the MEA-MFT Teachers Conference ran smoothly. For David Erikson’s dedication to mathematics education in the state of Montana he was awarded and recognized as the 2015 winner of the Dean Preble Award.  The MCTM Math Contest was a huge success this year with students from across the state participating taking three tests at their regional test sites. MCTM awarded twenty $200 scholarships for regional winners and two $500 scholarships for our statewide winners.
